Save time and money with existing house plans. Existing plans are less expensive to buy than custom home plans; you can get your building permit quickly because the design has been approved. For information about existing plans: SINGLE FAMILY PLANS or DUPLEX PLANS or TRIPLEX PLANS.
You will work directly with Valeriy Akselrod on the design or remodel that evolve from concept to final working drawing. Initialy you will lay out the "scope" of the project. From there, Valeriy visit the site, familiarize himself with all applicable codes (zoning, building and neighborhood design), and starts on conceptual design. Once the preliminary plans are approved by you and the Building Department, the project moves into working drawing. All of our designs are produced using CADD (computer aided drafting and design) to assure accuracy and a high quality level of drafting.
